After entering into a contract under the law of obligations, the Purchaser has the option, based on a separate calculation and in agreement with the developer, to modify the interior of the apartment (colours, planning) and general construction works (electrical plugs, sauna, etc.). Requests for general changes can be made as follows:

3rd Floor - currently unspecified
4th Floor - currently unspecified

The interior finishing package can be selected for the entire house up to: currently unspecified.
The price shall be supplemented by a storage room (SS) cost (EUR 4,000–6,000). The apartment shall be sold with a storage room. It is possible to select a storage room (SS) and a parking place (PS).
Parking place (PS) in the garage EUR 8,000.

The developer reserves the right to change prices.
